Being referred to Nate was one of the biggest gifts thus far in 2021. Last week, I unexpectedly found myself thrust into the very confusing world of securing insurance outside of an employer-offered plan. Not only was I at a loss for a starting point, but I was also dealing with a remarkably tight deadline. A friend recommended I contact Nate to see if he could help me find a solution that would suit our family.
Not only did Nate find a plethora of options, but he did so with such speed and efficiency that I was able to select a plan that would work for our specific situation in record time. Throughout the whole process, Nate was very informative and responded to all of my questions (no matter how frequently asked) with both professionalism and kindness. I have a local chiropractic office and I accept Medicare. Most patients have trouble navigating which plan makes sense for them (it is very complicated and every person has different needs), and I always have them talk to Nate. He helps make sure they have the right coverage, and is able to shop around different carriers to find the right fit. It helps my patients know they will have chiropractic coverage.
He also responds very quickly to inquiries, and if there are additional questions after your policy is in place, Nate is an agent who is always there to help. Very good service. He is also who I use for my personal health coverage, because I know he will examine everything properly and with more expertise than I could. Saves me a lot of time!

I spoke with Nate, as I was wanting to change my Medicare plan that I had. He asked me several questions, so he could get a feel for my situation. We settled on a plan, but I had several questions. At ALL times he was patient, professional, friendly, and took his time to help me. He had to contact the provider for a question that I had and got back to me quickly. After we had spoken 2-3 times on the phone, I was ready to sign up for a plan. Once that was completed, he said that I could call anytime with any questions that may come up. Medicare is tricky and I was thankful that I had someone to walk me thru the process.

The healthcare world can be a very confusing and process-heavy place. Nate does a wonderful job navigating me through those processes, and has for a long time now. The pleasant phone meetings can be as terse and to the point OR elaborate and informative as you want them to be; replacing stress with solutions. He's your guy!
