Best car insurance agency! I've used them for years, don't even bother shopping around anymore, because every time I do they are still always the best priced. I lived in Kansas City for years and they beat everybody's prices. Then when I moved to a different city and shopped around there I still called them because they beat everybody's prices here too! Plus every time I call they are so friendly and very helpful! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I called the agency this morning because its insured backed into and damaged my car. The agent that answered the phone said his name was Max but he refused to give me his last name. He then lied and said his name was Max Smith. I checked the agency's website and learned that his real name is Max Pilsl. I do not appreciate being lied to and plan to report his lie to the MO Department of Insurance. I give this agency the lowest possible rating.
