I have been with Bowers Insurance Agency for about 15 years and won't leave! I have a regular agent (Janice Fisher) who has been working with me for the entire time. If she's out of the office for some reason when I call, there's a familiar voice to help me, if it's urgent. They've never tried to oversell me and I know she'll provide me information on other products if I ask. I know I can count on Bowers for good, reliable, true customer service.

I have been a customer with them many years. In all my contacts with Bowers (previously Powell) Insurance at the Thomas Johnson Dr. office, the personnel have been very helpful and knowledgeable and have gotten me the best price and policies for what I need in the way of insurance. Also, I appreciate that I am usually able to reach a human when I call.

I have been totally satisfied with the Bowers Insurance Agency. I have needed roadside assistance three times in the past year. I had to practice patience while waiting on the tow truck, however, from the time I called for help, the process was handled with ease and efficiently. I give the office staff, two thumbs up!
