Drew Hoss was our agent and he made sure to inform us of all of our home insurance options, suggested the best deal, and even followed up when we hit our renewal period. Our mortgage company had some issues with issuing the check, so Drew went above and beyond to call the company on our behalf and sorted out the issue.
