I've been a customer of Eckert insurance for years which is saying ALOT! I used to bounce around trying to find the best rate but they have always gotten me such a great rate for my home/auto that I have stayed with them and plan to for man years to come! Tracey Urbanek is my go to gal and she is the BEST!

I actually didn't get any service here but the initial inquiry experience was extremely terrible for me. I called multiple times and every time a different person would tell me that no one here can help you for the day and asked me to call back on another day. Who would wait around to pay a service around their schedule? I also give them my contact info and no one ever called me back!

A friend referred me to Eckert Insurance group when I complained to him that every year my home owner's insurance increased about 10% despite having no claims. Do you tell your friends, neighbors and coworkers about your insurance agent? I do. I heard about Eckert Insurance on KUT 90.5 during an NPR broadcast. I liked them immediately, just for that. Then my auto and homeowner's insurance were both coming up for renewal and my premium for Geico jumped drastically. Admittedly, I was in a teensy weenie scraping incident a few month prior. I emailed Will giving him a little info about what I was looking for.
He came back with an auto policy that was a bit more than the inflated Geico policy I had. I was a bit disappointed though not surprised. However, Will told me that was the total amount per YEAR, the Geico policy was for just 6 months! Of course I jumped on it. Will took care of everything with the new carrier including setting up my auto draft. He even changed the payment date for me. I didn't have to do a thing but e-sign the docs. I recommend him to anyone who will listen. Hear me now and believe me later :) (Sorry, I couldn't resist) Did I mention he sent me a $25 Visa gift card as a token of his appreciation?
