I will give them three stars, I don't like that their employees are not reliable, I asked for two instalments to be paid for my upcoming insurance period. And i waited for the responsible department for two weeks to let me know the procedure. What was their excuse, the financial manager is difficult to catch him to discuss your case. Don't you have another manager? The other point was, that we got a call from the company promising me to have an agent pass by to give my forms, I did not get a call on the agreed day from any agent and I went to their company to get the forms. Lucky me they like me because I paid all the amount at once and guess what the service was fast but not willing to help you by phone as mentioned above

The worst insurance company I've ever seen in my entire life, I would classify them as first grade scammers, they are so much ready to manipulate documents and facts to escape paying the bill.
