I've been with Prescott & Son for several decades now, home and auto. They aren't the most responsive folks I've ever worked with, and it seems to be better to start with what you want to do rather than asking for a particular agent. but they've done what I've needed, the one claim I had to make was painless (though that's largely the insurer rather than the agency), and they've handled the times when i missed the notice and was late in making my yearly payment without much difficulty. I'm not completely blown away by them, which would earn the rare fifth star. but I've been generally content with them over the years.

Extremely unfriendly staff (Wayne). Not willing to help on questions in regards to insurance. Was very disrespectful to me as a customer.
