Lies! I was told for two years that I had the lowest rate and that they check all major insurance companies. Could not be further from the truth. I checked and found major carriers ( not what I had) and saved 50 $ A MONTH WITH RENTERS! I hate ppl that lie and take advantage.

If you're looking for someone to constantly put you on the back-burner because of their 'slammed' schedule and not actually read any of your emails to understand exactly what you're looking for. Then this is the insurance company for you. Would highly recommend NOT using this company. Would give 0 stars if I could.
