Highly recommended - I recently had my auto policy reviewed and my service representative, Rebecca, was outstanding. Very responsive, made recommendations that made sense for me and not for the insurance company. Had the answers to my questions and was able to communicate via phone and email and worked around my schedule. I had a truly great experience even though no one really likes to pay for insurance.

In December 2019 I contacted Ryan Riley of Morse Insurance Agency concerning the insurance for my business. The lack of ambition was amazing. It was like I was interfering with his Christmas. He totally blew me off and suggested that we might be able to work something out for the next renewal period. That annual renewal period was last month. I never heard from him. On December I paid my new carrier $14,452.00 up front for my 2021 commercial property insurance.

I've been using Morse for almost 5 years now, Even with covid, if anything they have gotten more efficient and helpful. They have helped me through some sticky situations and they have always had the best price for full coverage insurance. It's nice to deal with a human being when you have a problem or have to file a claim. I have worked with each of the women here But karan has always been super helpful to me. When you have A bunch of confusing paperwork, these ladies make it all a breeze
