Like others stated here, they were very helpful and responsive when earning my business or trying to convince me to increase my coverage, but when I need help to make a change to my policy, they are non responsive. Excuses that my emails were going to SPAM, but why are they returning my phone calls when I leave a message? The outgoing message says they are checking voicemail every 30 min. I have mixed feelings because they helped us find a home policy when no else was successful. But, I'm in the middle of a refinance and it's being held up, because I simply need a previous lien holder removed from the policy. Not sure how I will proceed for future insurance services after my loan is completed.

Steven was very attentive and responsive when he was trying to earn my business. A couple of years later when I had a problem with my policy he never returned my call. When I finally got ahold of him he told me I needed to contact the insurance company myself since there was "nothing he could do". Uh, isn't the insurance agent supposed to represent me and be the middle man? Very disappointed with his service.

I called Steven for getting insurance on my homes and cars. We spoke for about 15 mins about my situation and Steven was suppose to call me back after he did some research and possible options. after a week went by, i did not hear anything back. i emailed him and no response. hmm my guess is if you arent a perfect client for him dont bother with this broker.

Avoid! Triple the cost of the Costco car insurance! Not helpful at all when asking for a lower quote! Then they cancel umbrella retroactively because it's supposedly connected to car insurance.

Steve has been my insurance agent for nearly 20 years and even with a few different companies. He's always been the consummate expert in insurance, looking out for #1, and that's his customer! He's always well informed about my options, and plans, and saving me money whenever necessary! Over the past 20 years, I've had my share of incidents, and Steve's always been spot on, whenever I've needed him in any emergency! That's true customer service, and why I wont go anywhere else for insurance.
