So far they refuse to do anything citing that the insured has not answered their call. They said they won't do anything if he keeps refusing to answer their call at which point my only recourse will be a lawsuit Edit- so the insured did answer the call eventually. A 3rd party estimator reached out to assess the damage. Very prompt and professional experience with them. I selected my body shop and had my car fixed there. Ag workers gave a rental mid size car for my fullsize EV luxury car.

Just found out about the rate increase straight across the board with the increased fuel cost timing could not be worse we are going to have to get quotes from other companies.

I've been trying to take care of a collision claim for several weeks now and during a phone call a I was transferred to an individual named Cheryl or Sheryl (I'm not sure of the proper spelling) but to make it short she was the worst representative I've ever spoken with. She verbally tried to intimidate me immediately upon me informing her that I was calling for a diminished value claim. She was very demeaning and condescending.

I may not know much about insurance but I know that she had no professional behavior in her. She said I could not speak to anyone above her to inform them of the flawed conduct and claimed to be in charge of the entire company. I did call back and left a complaint with her manager Dalton who called back only to defend her and be further demeaning in the situation and defended her own behavior when I request to know where I may leave feedback for the company.

I've also been informed by my own representative that she may have been much less than honest with most of if not all of her information. Agworkers and worth claims are very unprofessional and I suspect it won't change.
