Worst insurance company by far, at one time they had all of my insurance policies including my home, auto, and commercial and they failed to provide the highest quality of service. Lisa and Debbie in the commercial dept are completely rude and unprofessional, when they can not provide a reasonable response for their exorbitant prices and lack of knowledge in the commercial insurance you need for your business. Any other insurance agent will give you a better rate and professionalism needed.

Decided to give C&S a try based upon their google ratings alone. I was disappointed in the level of service I received. I felt I had to reach out more often than not to find out progress but was willing to continue. Suggest the advisor to set expectation on how long this process should take. Set up appointment at the office to get policies in place only for adviser to incorrectly schedule the time.
This was the last straw for me as felt getting these policies in place shouldn't take over 2 weeks and certainly wasting my time coming to the office was not what I'd expect from a highly rated business. I take no pride in giving a negative review but want to at least pass on my experience.
