C. Don Filer opened our first insurance office in 1947 in the heart of Ballard, at the corner of Ballard Avenue and Market Street. This office was a well-known part of the community and served local residents for over 70 years. We have recently closed this location and merged Ballard with our Seattle office, located at 4201 Roosevelt Way NE, with an agent assigned primarily to our Ballard Community residents.
