I received an email from Craig today informing me that our cost for my mother's car insurance increased. The cost was because the insurance company we get the insurance through raised their rates. Craig reviewed my mother's coverage, looked up the value of the cars on my mother's plans and suggested ways we could reduce our total cost. I was really impressed with this sort of personal attention. Craig discovered the issue and was able to come up with a solution that resulted in a win for us. Quite frankly, I'm surprised that a company would go out of their way to reduce the amount of money we're paying per month. I'm surprised and grateful. Thank you, Craig.

I recently had an incident and wasn't getting great info from my insurance company. A friend recommended I talk to Craig and he walked me through my options and gave great advice. This was the best customer service I've had in years. We are definitely looking at moving over to JSW Insurance as soon as possible.

I know Craig Williams as a friend and think he is a super guy; very friendly. I knew he was in insurance, but it never occurred to me to use him until he told me today that he does personal coverage. Now I'm going to look into seeing if he can improve my coverage or lower my cost. He does auto, renters or homeowner insurance.
