Love Kara! She has been my insurance superhero for all things insurance for almost 20 years. I am a very price conscious shopper. Everytime I think I can get a better rate somewhere else, I can't. Not only does she have the best pricing for our needs (home, auto, boat, etc) she is professional and responsive. Seriously I feel safer knowing she is a phone call away. Like the time my family drove to Seattle with no insurance card. I called her, she answered on the 1st ring and had it emailed to me in less than 5 minutes. Needed to get a payment schedule adjusted.was taken care of the same day. Best agent hands down.
