I have been with Viviance for quitre a few years. I had a claim due to the covid shutdown and was straight out denied. My agent then retired. The new guy has renewed my policy, but in 2 years, he has never called or met with me. Customer service is severly lacking.

We were recently contacted by Claire Weber to inform us she reviewed our policies and believed they were under insured. She provide quotes from a second underwriter and discussed the quotes several times taking plenty of time to answer our questions and provide changes.
