I have multiple policies with Palmetto Insurance. Always get great service whenever I need it. I recently traded in my car and needed to cancel one policy, create a new one, and get documentation for the bank. I called their office from the dealership, and had everything I needed within 5 minutes. Very helpful!

Palmetto insurance saved me a significant amount of money. I was a Farm Bureau customer for 20+ years. I assumed I was getting a good deal because of the long-term relationship.not so much. John Ross is very responsive, and the customer service is great. Plus, he's one of the nicest people I've ever met.
