I have had many insurance companies before. Most, if not all were pretty awful experiences. Bates Insurance Agency has never let me down. They have been nothing but supportive in the past year that personally for me has been complete turmoil and havoc. Christopher Swanson, in particular has been a God send. This man has helped me in more ways than one. He truly goes above and beyond customer service requirements.
I have recommended all my friends and family to him and this company. Although some don't go with him, the ones who have are ecstatic. 100% will never switch agencies solely off of the experience I've had these past few years with Chris.

They will answer all your questions, but not volunteer other helpful information. They are happy to take your money but are not at all proactive on behalf of the insured. If you're looking for an agency that will have your best interest at heart, best to look elsewhere.

I was so shocked to see a negative review about insurance agent Chris and had to address it immediately. Chris from Bates Insurance has been absolutely phenomenal to work with over the past few years and extremely professional. I recommend him to anyone that has any inquiries about insurances!
