When we began on the sale of a house we had, we knew we would need the services of an abstract and title company. We also thought we would need an attorney. After a few telephone conversations with Roxanne at the Houghton Lake branch it became obvious that they could handle the entire transaction. Every time I called to ask questions Roxanne just couldn't have been more professional, kind and patient. We were able to close in just a few days. Everyone there is great but Roxanne was amazing to work with.
