It's an insurance company, enough said. I've never used it but the bill always gets paid. Loss of two stars is due to the online payment option never working.

We had Partner's insurance for few years issued by mortgage company. We submitted a claim for Derecho damage. Initially it was denied and later changed to replacement with depreciation. When we submitted their adjuster's evaluation to the roofing company, they told us that the adjuster's did not include the norther's roof of the house, a sloppy job. We called and kept messages with the insurance company but no response so far. This is the worst company with non-professional employees who always deny your claim. Please avoid it at any cost for all your insurance needs.

I have worked with Partners Mutual for years and have always been very happy with their service. During a claim situation, their reps have always been prompt and efficient. Good insurance companies are hard to come by, but Partners Mutual stands out as one of the best!
