I can't say enough good things about these guys. Jim is my agent and does an excellent job of keeping all my "ducks in a row". I have a delivery company and insure trucks and drivers and he juggles everything for us no problem. I also have all my personal insurance with him. They aren't pushy and they are always more than willing to help. Highly recommended!

Jim is an awesome ins agent very personable no games always very easy to get ahold of very glad to make the switch from catanzero whom I was with for 3 years and couldn't get a call back and get an accord than you Jim for going above and beyond I would give more than 5 stars 2/18/21 So I had to update a year in with Jim and he still amazes me prompt with amazing follow up I highly recommend

Sometimes in life as people get older their needs change an current agent, Jim Evans didn't seem to know about PEKIN INSURANCE that good. Always had to call them. So because of this, we took our business to different agent who has more confidence.
